How do I place an order?

How long will it take to receive a Quote?
  • The turnaround time is approximately 24-48 hours
What are the lead times?
  • Lead times depend on stock availability, if an item is not stocked in the US the product will be purchased from the manufacture

  • All order and tracking information is located under the MY ACCOUNT tab

Spare parts:

What information is needed from the customer when they request a quote for spare parts via CTDI?
  • Please register for an online account, once your account is approved you will have the ability to submit a quote, once the quote is confirmed a confirmation email will be sent.
What is the lead-time for spare parts?
  • Lead times depend on stock availability, if an item is not stocked in the US the product will be purchased from the manufacture.
Can the customer provide a 6 month rolling forecast to CTDI and expect to receive their forecasted spare part quantity on a monthly basis?
  • CTDI requests that all customers that plan to order large quantities on a consistent basis provide a 6 month rolling forecast. Cisco/Technicolor Historical forecasting, can this please be provided to us, any information pertaining to the process that was in place would be very beneficial.
What is the warranty on the various spare parts?
  • We will honor the same warranty you have had in place within reason, please provide your warranty information to us.
Who does the customer call if they need assistance with their spare part order or tracking the status of their order?
How does a customer return spare parts if they received defective spare parts?

Return Authorization form and # must be on the outside of the box, any returns received by CTDI without this form will be refused.
